part of the look and feel of the Radisson Community. Since trees in
our community are so important, we have special guidelines when it comes to the
removal and care of trees. We encourage you to please review our Tree Booklet
to understand why trees are so important in the community and what steps must
be taken before a tree may be removed.
have such a signiﬁcant impact on the community, the Architectural Standards Committee
(ASC) requires homeowners to submit an application before removing a tree. If the tree is
larger than 4 inches in diameter (12.5 inches in circumference), measured two
feet above the
ground, you must receive approval before removing the tree. Dead trees also
require approval before they are removed.

a tree does not require ASC approval. Please be aware that “topping” a tree is
not an acceptable method of pruning a tree and you will be required to remove
the tree and possibly plant a new one in its place.
