Living in Radisson
Radisson Community offers many benefits to its residents. Probably most
important though, is the assurance that the Radisson Community Association
(RCA) will help to protect the value of the properties here by maintaining the
aesthetic integrity of the neighborhoods and common areas throughout the
residents also enjoy a wide range of recreational events and community services
offered by the RCA. To take full advantage of the services and amenities
offered, residents need to be properly registered. Member Registration is not automatic, but once a member of the RCA, you may enjoy
full access and privileges, including a vote in the annual election of the
Board of Directors.
Radisson Corporate Park provides conveniently located Health Care Services,
Child Care Facilities, Self-Storage Units, an Ice Arena, and an Assisted Living
Facility as well as other privately owned businesses.
There are several volunteer committees that are important to
the function of the Association and they are a wonderful opportunity for
residents to meet new people and become involved in the community.
Radisson Community is part of the Baldwinsville Central School District. St.
Mary’s and Baldwinsville Christian Academy offer private education
options. Several colleges, including Syracuse University are nearby.
Architectural Guidelines are the standards that help maintain the visual appeal
of the community. Nearly all exterior modifications (ie. paint, deck, pool,
windows) require an application and subsequent approval by the Architectural
Standards Committee (ASC).
